Going through more of my grandma's pictures, this one mercifully had every labeled on the back (see notes).
The back lists each person, and at the top reads "Julegave 1919 til Rev & Mrs. T.T. Carlson" = "Christmas gift 1919 for Rev and Mrs. T.T. Carlson." It also has the date October 13, 1919 and it looks like it was taken at Lars residence, although the bottom is partially obscured... and in Norwegian.
In 1919 I believe Lars and Marit were living in Camrose, Alberta, Canada.

Going through more of my grandma's pictures. The couple on the left are my great grandparents, T.T. Carlson and Martha Skotvold, married March 16, 1893. The double-wedding is news to me, and I don't know who the other couple is.... with every photo, another mystery.
